Women’s Wellbeing Workshop An empowering sessi Women’s Wellbeing Workshop

An empowering session filled with open discussions on how health, nutrition, and food choices can shape women’s experiences during menopause.

We explored how the right nourishment supports:
-Hormonal balance
-Energy and strength
-Mental clarity and emotional wellbeing

Sharing knowledge, experiences, and practical tips reminded us that menopause is not something to face alone — understanding our bodies is a powerful step toward wellbeing.

Supporting women through education, care, and connection.
Great leadership is built, not born. Key element Great leadership is built, not born.

Key elements of leadership we focus on:
• Listening – understanding before being understood
• Thinking – reflecting, analysing, and making mindful decisions
• Communicating – expressing ideas with clarity and impact

Continuous development matters:
Reading and familiarising ourselves with leadership books keeps our mindset sharp and our approach fresh. Growth never stops.

Non-verbal debate activity:
An eye-opening experience that highlights how much communication goes beyond words. Body language, expressions, and presence truly speak volumes.

And yes… a good leader needs good food!
Because energy, focus, and well-being start with taking care of ourselves.

Leadership is a journey of learning, connection, and balance.
Table Tennis Update! Girls’ and boys’ table Table Tennis Update!

Girls’ and boys’ table tennis sessions have had a fantastic start, with great enthusiasm, teamwork, and positive energy from everyone involved! It’s been brilliant to see players getting stuck in, showing confidence, and really enjoying the game from the very first session.

Please note that the sessions are held separately:
Girls’ Table Tennis – Mondays
Boys’ Table Tennis – Wednesdays

The attitude and effort shown so far have been outstanding, and it’s a great foundation to build on moving forward.
We’re looking forward to seeing the progress continue—keep up the great work!

From messy finger painting to decorating yummy biscuits and cupcakes, the children have loved getting creative. They’ve also been busy making bright and bendy pipe-cleaner bracelets — and showing them off proudly! Lots of laughter, colour, and big smiles all round
